Anastasia has more than 35 years of professional experience, working in managerial roles for multinational organizations. Shestarted her career with Siemens Hellas in Finance and Administration. She held various managerial positions in the fields ofFinance, Audit, IT, Organizational Development and Human Resources in the Group in Greece, South-Eastern Europe and Germany.In her role as Director of Personal Development and Knowledge Management she gained valuable experience in linking corporateStrategy to HR activities especially to Leadership Development, Training, Coaching and Recruitment for the Region of South-EasternEurope. In 2003 she joined Ideal Standard as HR Director South-Eastern Europe & Middle East Region and Member of the Board ofDirectors. In this role, she managed the organizational restructuring and development of the region based on the new PanEuropean business model involving Development, Recruitment and setting up of new HR policies and systems. In 2005 she waspromoted to Director of Talent Management for Europe, Middle East and Africa of American Standard, employing over 14.000employees in 35 countries. In this role she managed European projects with focus in change management, leadership developmentand recruitment at European and country level. In June 2008 she joined KPMG as Senior Manager in the People Services Unitwhere she assumed responsibility of a number of projects, mainly in the fields of Executive Search and Selection, Assessment,Development & Training, HR Strategy and Establishment of HR Functions for clients including training and coaching.
